What was the highlight of Cala Millor Garden Hotel
Great autumn break
A nice, smaller hotel just a short walk from the sea front. Our room had a lovely view over the pool. Very comfortable, clean room with a good shower. All of the staff we met were professional and helpful. The swimming pools were excellent and the garden area nice for relaxing.The buffet style lunch and breakfast had adequate choice. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the outside dining area. There are great walks in the local nature reserve on the headland near the hotel. The walk along the promenade has interesting views and was flat, the beach is lovely. We like this part of Cala Millor out of high season. An excellent autumn break.

Great place for a short break in the sun with a fab team of staff
Very friendly and attentive staff, great entertainment team, comfy beds, water dispensers (dispensing ice cold water), good location with proximity to the beach and shops/bars/restaurants, quiet room
Choice of 4 pre-mixed cocktails from a machine - would have been nice to be able to order a few cocktails from a small menu. Hot breakfast options were not for us (soft ‘hot dog style’ sausages, beans were a bit watery, no potato options).

It’s good/ok.
The pool area is very good. Plenty of beds, clean and tidy. Staff were all very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for you. Drinks were ok. Cocktails very sweet but other drinks were good. Food was ok. It was fresh and there was some choice, I would say some days where better than others. The entertainment team work so so hard!!!
The property is coming across as a bit tired and basic. It doesn’t stand out as a 4 star hotel. It is 3 at best. Everything is just “ok/good”. Advertising a gym for example-this gym is very dated and needs a complete upgrade. I had a nice enough stay and had no complaints really. It’s a very typical all inclusive hotel. Without the staff and entertainment team this hotel would be scored a little bit less.

Wonderful
The staff was exceptional, especially Sonia and Ali the entertainment staff. They were able to accommodate our needs and always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The food was good and varied, from a selection of bread, cheeses, salad, starters, main, and dessert. The drinks were great, nonalcoholic is available from 10 am to midnight every day.
